Carl Jung, Pierre Teilhard de Chardin and others have described the ongoing development of a sphere of collective unconsciousness. An anthropologist, Teilhard traced the natural evolution of life on earth, from the development of cells, then plants, through animal and finally human form. Subsequent evolution has turned from outwardly-visible biologic evolution to internal intellectual development, and now finally globally evolving organization on the level of spirit-energy or a collective unconsciousness. We are all part of this progressive sphere of organization, regardless of our awareness.  ....we tap into this vast reserve of health sustaining energy. The identity of the individual practitioner does not matter, because the healing power does not come from the practitioner, but rather from the collectively evolving milieu.
The field of Quantum Physics has held a fascination for me for many years. In fact long before I became involved in energy healing (including distance healing) I was reading everything I could lay my hands on about the subject. Books like Quantum Leap by Fred Allan Wolf and the Dancing Wu Li Masters by Gary Zukav were the doorway into this fascinating world and they turned my fixed Newtonian Physics point of view on its ear!

In a nutshell the world has no distance, space or time as we understand it in our third dimensional reality. All possibilities and all potentials exist simultaneously and they all have the ability to come into our present space time.

It has been scientifically proven that one of the ways we can have a healing effect for others is with our intent. In her book The Field, Lynne Mctaggart outlines numerous scientific studies that used double blind experiments etc to show that intentional healing works!

The classic example of intention is the light as a wave or particle experiment. When light  is observed passing through slits it behaves like as a wave or as a particle. The difference? The expectation of the observer!

More recent experiments measuring what kind of energy emanates from a Healer's hands are outlined in another Lynne McTaggart book The Intention Experiment. It had long been supposed the healing energy was electrical or magnetic or something perhaps unknown. There were changes in the magnetic fields of Healers but they were too weak to explain Distance Healing. Then with the use of more sophisticated equipment it was discovered to be light. Healing intention creates waves of light, and these are among the most organized light forms found in Nature. Streaming, coherent energy flowing at, you guessed it, the speed of light!

Everything in our world is energy and energy is everything. The distinguishing factor is frequency; and illness, sickness or disease is merely a particular frequency that is out of harmony or coherence with the rest of the body. Let's work on your frequency!
